Sleepers are invited to have a nap with me for 6 minutes and 6 seconds. We will sit in chairs. We will close our eyes. We will relax. We will invite sleep. We will not discuss our dreams or lack of dreams or what they did or did not mean. We will not reminisce about dreams we once had. We will not discuss the artistic value of sleep. We may ask each other if we slept well, or if we slept at all. We may wonder why sleep is discouraged and often forbidden outwith highly regulated norms. We will go about our business.
