Between 1945 and 1996, 530,000 Finns emigrated to Sweden, looking for a better life.
Many left from Ostrobothnia.
They dreamed of Dying Happy, and some of them did.

Between 12 noon and 12 midnight on Saturday 16 June, Kampus Appendix will mark their voyage with a piece called Emigrant Song.
The lyrics will be formed by volunteers reading Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness simultaneously in different languages.
The melody will be provided by a one-string guitar at 240 BPM.

Everyone is welcome to participate.
