Don’t Be a Jerk is the title of a book by Brad Warner, starting a series of works paraphrasing Dōgen’s Treasury of the True Dharma Eye. Brad Warner is a Zen Buddhist teacher in California. This year he will start his European tour in Turku and has agreed to share an evening talking about  different ways that it’s possible to not be a jerk.
Essi Mäkelä, a scholar of Study of Religions from the University of Helsinki, will lead the discussion, and there will be plenty of time for audience questions and maybe even sone answers too.
